When the person responsible for developing and maintaining Carolina Clips retired, this feature was removed from service. WiseOwl requested that the files be transferred to our program so that we could provide this much-missed service. Unfortunately, many of the files and links were missing or damaged. We are trying to restore as much as possible to its original condition, but the process is long and time-consuming. County Clips was in the worst condition, and it will be the last to be restored in this process.
