This page explains how someone can provide their own pictures to the Carolina Clips / Historical Sites website on topics that pertain to North Carolina subjects. We appreciate anyone who would allow us to use their photos or slides on our website. We will be glad to return all pictures to their owner once we have placed them on the web. All pictures must be accompanied by a permission form. The link to the permission form is at the bottom of this page. Thank you for helping us make this site a valuable educational resource.

The pictures should be submitted in one of the following ways:

Using regular pictures or slides - send the photo (we will scan it) or slide to us.

Using a digital camera or scanner - send the picture(s), taken with a digital camera or scanned, and saved on a floppy disk. Please have the picture saved in either a pic (pict), jpg (jpeg), or gif format.

Individuals who provide pictures will receive recognition by having their name appear with the picture, unless otherwise indicated on the permission slip that must accompany the pictures.
