Welcome to the North Central Region! I am pleased and honored to be your regional consultant. I have served in several instructional technology capacities including technology facilitator, private sector educational software and district director. I have special interest and expertise in school connectivity, the IMPACT model, interactive classrooms and 1:1 initiatives.
The diverse and outstanding leadership present in the North Central region will facilitate collaboration and partnerships as we transform classrooms, buildings and districts. Instructional technology is our 21st Century vehicle as we endeavor to create meaningful connections and engage our great North Carolina students - the future of our state. Visionary technology leadership is key as we change the landscape of our classrooms and campuses. These changes can lead to motivated and engaged students, improved communications, data driven decision making, academic equity and improved attendance/discipline. These changes will ultimately contribute to improved achievement and performance.
