Welcome to Kaleidoscope, an online instructional technology resource developed and owned by Donna Sawyer and, pursuant to a licensing agreement, used by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction solely within the state of North Carolina for nonprofit public educational purposes. Permission is granted to North Carolina educators (public and private) and school districts to create lessons and print hard copies of materials on Kaleidoscope's Web site for the sole purpose of using the materials in the classroom as a teaching resource, non-profit only. Materials may be shared with other North Carolina educators as long as the Web site address is noted on each page.

IMPORTANT: The ideas for the design and the conceptual framework for the site (including, but not limited to concepts, stories, images, processes, formulae, data, inventions, techniques, strategies, plans) are the sole intellectual property of Donna Sawyer and may not be duplicated in any way. Links and Linking
Prior to establishing a link from any Web site to Kaleidoscope, a written request must be sent to Donna Sawyer. This request must provide

There are links to other sites from pages within the Kaleidoscope site that take you outside of our service.
