Week 33: Planning Your Multimedia Product
1 What's Up?
When was the last time you went on a field trip? Do you remember how excited you were before the big day? Time seemed to drag on until the morning you were supposed to leave, right?

What preparations did you make for the trip, like returning permission forms and collecting money? Thoughtful planning is a very important step any time you’re about to start a new project or take a trip. When the planning is done well, things should proceed more smoothly.

Are you ready to make exciting plans for your magnificent multimedia project? Keep on reading!

2 Let the fun Begin!
Take a commercial break first, with CyberBee! Here is an important reminder before you dig into mountains of multimedia: ALWAYS give credit to the person or organization responsible for creating the work that you are using. Make sure you have a good understanding of copyright before proceeding with your project! (Hey, another fun place to learn more about copyright is "Copyright Kids.")

Ready to start making BIG plans? The BIG6 Assignment Organizer can help you plan for most any research project. Today, you will use it to start thinking about your BIG multimedia project! The information you are about to type online will not be saved anywhere; therefore it is okay to type in your name. Remember to print a copy before you exit the organizer and close the window. The information you type will disappear (YIKES!) the minute you leave the site! Again, PRINT your answers before you quit or leave the site. (Directions are below.)

Please read and print these directions before linking to the BIG6 Assignment Organizer. The online organizer was created by Barbara E. Jansen and based on the Big6™ Research Model (copyright 1990), Michael Eisenberg and Robert Berkowitz.
