Trouble Terminator

We all have LOTS of emotions churning inside of us. Please don't feel that you are alone.

  1. Ask yourself, "What is really bothering me?"
  2. Talking or writing about your feelings usually makes them less painful. Think of someone (right this minute) that you completely trust. Maybe it is a teacher, family member, or school counselor. Pick a time when you can talk to that person. (Go ahead, I'll wait!)
  3. Trouble Terminator RobotNow, take those troubling thoughts and imagine throwing them to the Trouble Terminator. Roll your cursor over the Trouble Terminator and watch those worries get zapped!
  4. Phew! Now those thoughts are tucked away so you can get on with your school day. You can safely deal with these emotions later with your trusted friend! Give yourself a smile. I know you can handle this!
