The "Real World"

Real world experience is a hallmark of a 21st Century education. There is no subsitute for having students interact with communities outside of the classroom. Field trips, both real and virtual, can not only increase our students' knowledge, but place their classroom education in an overall context and provide motivation for expanding their knowledge and skills. In this section we will acquaint you with opportunities to engage your students in meaningful activities that take them into their communities and develop their abilities to collaborate with others.
